Product Description
The Dell EMC Unity 550F is an all-flash storage system launched by Dell Technologies, specifically designed for high-performance and critical business workloads. This device adopts a 2U rack-mounted architecture, equipped with 25 2.5-inch SAS or flash hard disk bays, supporting a maximum storage capacity of 8PB and can be expanded to 500 hard disks. In terms of hardware, the Unity 550F is equipped with dual Intel Xeon E5-2660 v4 processors (14-core 2GHz) and 256GB of memory, providing high computing power and data processing efficiency. The interface configuration includes 20 Fibre Channel ports per array, 24 1GbE/iSCSI ports and 24 10GbE/iSCSI ports, and supports multiple network protocols such as NFS, SMB 3.0 (CIFS) and iSCSI. Software functionality integrates Dell EMC Unity Base Software, including Unisphere management interface, remote protection and local data services, and supports deep integration with platforms such as VMware and Oracle.
